In addition to having fun racing at the pool every Saturday, the Swim Club holds a number of social and fun events during the year.
Christmas BBQ
At our final Club Meet before Christmas we hold a BBQ and are lucky enough to receive a flying visit from Santa.
Relay Fun Day
On the last Saturday of the season we celebrate with a Relay Fun Day.
Hotly-contested events include the Boogie Board race and the Geribo Cup, made of chocolate and other edible goodies!
Family Picnic Day
The Family Picnic Day is a fun day for you and your family to meet and socialise with other members and their families.
BYO food, drink, cricket bats and soccer balls.
Swimming Club Dinner
At the end of the season, we hold a Club dinner for parents, members and partners over 18 years old.
This dinner is a great opportunity to socialise with other parents in a relaxed atmosphere.
Presentation Day
The Club holds its annual Presentation Day in late May, at which trophies and medals are presented.
Battle on the Bay Swimming Carnival
In 2010, Drummoyne Swimming Club initiated the Battle on the Bay Swimming Carnival between neighbouring swimming clubs, which has become an annual fixture in February or March each year.
